SSF APPLICATION: Filled out by you DOWNLOAD FORM
PASTOR/ YOUTH PASTOR RECOMMENDATION: Filled out by your Pastor or Youth Pastor DOWNLOAD FORM
MUSIC RECOMMENDATION: Filled out by music teacher, choir teacher, or private lessons teacher. They do not need to be a Christian. DOWNLOAD FORM
DANCE / ACTING RECOMMENDATION: Filled out by whoever has worked with you in these areas. If you have not really done this, please let me know. They do not need to be a Christian. DOWNLOAD DANCE FORM, DOWNLOAD ACTING FORM
Mail in (Email or YouTube) DVD of you singing 2 different songs (One upbeat, and one ballad 'aka' slow)
Mail in DVD of you acting out a monologue (acting out... you can google monologues). Memorize it and act it out on video. It will need to be 2-3 min long.
** If you have any video clips of you singing in church, or in a theatrical production please send that as well. (Dance, drama, speaking, acting, etc.)
Please include 2 pictures of you (4x6 or larger) head shot, and full length photo.
*** DECISIONS ON WHO IS CHOSEN TO BE A PART OF THE GROUP WILL BE MADE BY OCTOBER 2013****
If you are chosen to be a part of the group, it will be a $200 deposit fee to hold your spot! You will then begin raising your money for your tour experience! All monies will be due by June 18th, the first day of rehearsal camp. We look forward to what God has in store for our group this next summer!!!
