Next Year's Theme!

     Our theme for next Summer has been chosen! Debe Eddo our c/o founder, script writer, and drama producer came up with it!! She always amazes me! Are you ready for it?

I love it!!! So excited for next summer! Us SSF staff have really enjoyed getting the ball rolling for next season! Keep us in prayer, for God's direction and blessing in all that we are doing. If you would like to help we are looking for people to help book concerts, and help recruit kids! Please contact me ASAP if you are willing and able to help!

Let The Planning Begin - Karlyn Dagraedt (Director/ Founder)

     I can't tell you how excited we are for next summer's Solid Stage Footlights tour!! I know, I know, it is about a year away. However, planning for us starts right now!  We are praying hard over the theme title for the program, and over who God might want as tour members, staff, places to book us for a concert, etc.  It is so fun to see all God is doing already! We have picked our tour theme verse!

Trials and Temptations

² Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,^[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, ³ because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. ⁴ Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be matureand complete, not lacking anything.

If you have any ideas for a title for our theme let us know! The idea is to press on, don't give up, keep going! So many of us are struggling with life and hardships right now, but God is faithful! 

      Please pray for us in this journey! We are looking for tour members currently, so if you know someone, or if you might be interested, contact us NOW! We hope to have tour members picked in the next three-four months. Tour members are ages 15-25, have to love Jesus, and love to use their gifts to glorify Him!  We are also looking for 1-2 technicians to run lights and sound. You do not have to have previous experience.

     We are also looking for places to perform our concert, we will go ANYWHERE! There are no booking fees to have us come and perform.  You may need to provide a meal, and if you would like to make a donation that would be greatly appreciated but not required. We are looking for places to serve as well (Retirement homes, shelters, church clean up, helping in any way and any opportunity that God opens to us.)

     Again we are so pumped to see what God does for SSF 2014! Please pray for us that God will open doors wide and easily! We have a huge mountain to climb to get ready for next Summer. However last time I checked.... GOD CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS!!!

RECRUITING NEW TOUR MEMBERS

Do you have a heart for Christian ministry? Do you love to sing, dance, act, or run lights or sound? We are looking for Christian  youth ages 15 to 25 years old to tour with Solid Stage Footlights next Summer 2014.  We are based in Escondido, California (San Diego County).  This group is made up of up to 10 youth  (auditioned group) from all over the USA! We travel local San Diego county doing concerts and service.  We perform a themed program with music, dance, and drama. Our theme next season is based on James 1:2-4, we are still unsure on the official title of the program. 

       If you have ever heard of Continental Singers or Jeremiah People, many of our leadership team staff traveled with them, worked in their offices, and directed tours for them.  The dates of tour will be June 15^th – July 29^th 2014! We not only perform concerts but we also are service minded! We will be involved in the community serving and showing the love of Christ! We also have a ton of fun! Because everything is local we have plenty of time as a group (ie. BBQ’s, swimming, beach days, theme park trips, etc).        

       God is doing great things! We already have some auditions arriving in the mail! Don't miss out! We will be accepting auditions starting NOW! Spread the word and contact us soon! God bless.
